About KVAK
About KVAK project
KVAK (Efficient, inclusive, engaging and constructive feedback in youth work) is a youth European project (Erasmus+ KA2) that aims to increase the quality, innovation and recognition of youth work.
KVAK addresses 3 critical areas that are lacking in the education of youth workers: i) safe and effective feedback delivery, ii) care for vulnerable groups, and iii) appropriate attitude towards participants.
KVAK has two general objectives in the 3 critical areas:
- to standardise the practices of youth work
- facilitate the education of youth workers
KVAK has 3 priorities: development of quality youth work, digital transformation, and inclusivity and diversity.
It has a duration of 30 months (from 01/02/2024 until 31/07/2026).
Who we are

Za in proti, zavod za kulturo dialoga (or ZIP for short) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization whose primary activity is coordinating a debate program in Slovenia at the primary, secondary, and university levels. Our work focuses on education about debate and critical thinking, promoting dialogue on current social issues, and developing active citizenship among young people. ZIP was founded in 1998 and originated from a debate program that began in Slovenia in October 1996 as one of the programs of the then "Open Society Institute – Slovenia." Annually, ZIP organizes more than 150 different events aimed at encouraging young people to become socially aware, think critically, persuasively argue their own positions, and establish a culture of dialogue.
